All products sold through this website are custom produced and fulfilled by our third-party Print-on-Demand partner, Printful. Due to the made-to-order nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason other than items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Customers are responsible for verifying that all order details—including size, color, and shipping information—are correct prior to submission.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will coordinate with Printful to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement at no additional cost.
